Starting at Lowe's Motor Speedway, all cars for teams that are driven by Cup drivers in the Busch Series races must be in the inspection line before the Cup practices on Saturday (usually starting at 9:30am) and cannot make changes to the car before the Busch race.(XM Satellite via Jayski) (05-29-03)
